Ms. Reshma Helode: Dear Future Leaders, let me introduce to myself and my vision towards the Research Industry.
Clinical Research & Pharmacovigilance Expert with a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) and a Postgraduate degree in Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance, I bring over 9 years of hands-on experience in clinical research, pharmacovigilance, and drug safety. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across various aspects of clinical trials, from management and regulatory compliance to safety monitoring, gaining deep expertise in the field.
Many students from life sciences, pharmacy, MBBS, BAMS, Nursing, BAHS, BSC, MSC and related disciplines often face a key challenge: while they hold valuable degrees, they lack the practical knowledge and direction to enter the clinical research and pharmacovigilance industry. I have observed this gap firsthand and am committed to helping guide enthusiastic students who are eager to start their journey in the research industry.
My vision is to provide these students with a clear entry point—a roadmap that equips them with the practical skills, industry insights, and hands-on experience needed to launch successful careers. Through mentorship and focused training, I aim to offer students the tools and direction they need to transition seamlessly from academia to the professional world of clinical research.
